The SansStress Package:
We offer competitive compensation based on experience and skill level, especially for technicians experienced in:
Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
Ceramic coating application
Window tint installation
Paint correction & scratch removal
Professional car detailing
Compensation ranges from $20/hr up to $32/hr for experienced technicians. Some positions include tips, with top performers earning between $200–$350 per day. Pay periods are bi-weekly.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following areas:
Car detailing (interior & exterior)
Paint correction and scratch removal
PPF installation
Ceramic coating application
Window tint installation
Additional requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Professional communication skills
High personal hygiene standards
Strong organization and time management skills
Experience is preferred, but strong motivation and willingness to learn advanced automotive protection services are highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
As part of the SansStress team, responsibilities may include:
Full interior and exterior car detailing
Paint correction and minor scratch removal
PPF installation and trimming
Ceramic coating preparation and application
Window tint installation
Surface preparation, polishing, and protection
Maintaining cleanliness and professional work standards
