Drop off at our Dorval shop (2225 Boul Hymus #105). Ideal if you prefer a controlled indoor environment.

What areas do you serve?
Greater Montreal including Montreal, Laval, West Island, South Shore, and surrounding areas. A $25 visit fee applies - this covers up to 35 km, which includes most of Greater Montreal. Contact us for locations beyond that.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
It depends on the unit assigned. Most of our mobile units are fully self-sufficient. If access to water or power is needed, we'll confirm when booking.
How long does a detail take?
Express Full: ~2 hours. Advanced Full: ~3.5 hours. Max Full: ~4-5 hours. Interior packages: 2.5-3.5 hours.
Can I stay home while you work?
Yes. Most customers go about their day while we detail in the driveway or parking spot.
What if it rains?
For heavy rain or strong winds, we'll contact you to reschedule. Light rain doesn't affect our service. Shop appointments are never impacted by weather.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. We offer regular scheduling with preferred pricing for returning customers.
Can I add services after booking?
Yes. You can add services before your appointment or discuss options with the technician on-site.

What's The Difference between Express Full and Advanced Full?
Express is a solid refresh - wash, vacuum, wax (30 days). Advanced adds double vacuum, leather conditioning, salt removal, floor mat shampooing, door jambs, disinfection, and ceramic wax protection (90 days).
What's included in Max Full that Advanced doesn't have?
Full seat and carpet shampooing, one-step paint polish, clay bar treatment, and scratch removal (spot polish). It's a complete interior and exterior transformation.
Do you detail SUVs and trucks?
Yes. All vehicle types including sedans, SUVs, trucks, and vans. Larger vehicles may have adjusted pricing.
What's your cancellation policy?
48 hours' notice for free cancellation. Less than 48 hours incurs a $100 fee.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule anytime with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Just contact us by phone or text and we'll find a new time that works for you.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. We stand behind our work.
