SERVICE AGREEMENT (THE ADDRESS GROUP INC.)

This service agreement defines the obligations of SansStress (The Address Group Inc.), a company registered in Quebec, Canada, under enterprise number Quebec 1176882828 (“SansStress,” “we,” “our” or “us”) and the client (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) concerning the purchased services. By booking or using SansStress’s services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement without modification.

OPERATING & MOVING YOUR VEHICLE

You authorize SansStress to handle, start, and move your vehicle if necessary to perform the requested services. Please ensure that the vehicle keys are available to our technicians at the time of service.

SANSTRESS SERVICES & LIABILITY

SansStress provides professional automotive services including interior and exterior car detailing, paint correction and scratch removal, ceramic coating application, paint protection film (PPF) installation, and window tint installation.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a transparent protective layer designed to protect the vehicle’s exterior from stone chips, scratches, and environmental damage. While professionally installed, PPF is not immune to wear, impact damage, lifting, or peeling over time. It functions as a sacrificial layer and may show visible damage while protecting the original paint.

Ceramic coating enhances surface protection and hydrophobic properties but does not make the vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, or damage-proof.

Window tint is installed according to industry standards. SansStress is not responsible for compliance with local tint percentage regulations. The client is responsible for ensuring the selected tint complies with applicable laws.

Scratch removal and paint correction aim to improve the vehicle’s appearance but do not guarantee complete removal of all defects. Results depend on paint condition and severity of damage.

SansStress is not responsible for pre-existing damage, surface deterioration, film lifting, adhesive failure, improper maintenance, or external environmental factors beyond our control.

For all services, SansStress’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service performed.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES & FEES

  1. More than 48 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies.
  2. Less than 48 hours before the appointment, including in case of a no-show: A fixed $100 cancellation fee applies.
  3. Client absent or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $250, applies.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

  1. More than 48 hours before the appointment: Rescheduling is free of charge.
  2. Less than 48 hours before the appointment: The $100 cancellation fee may be waived if the client commits to rescheduling within the next 7 days.

FEES, SERVICE TERMS & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The service fee corresponds to the agreed amount and is indicated as “Total Cost” on the final quote. Payments cover professional labor and allocated service time, not guaranteed cosmetic results. If the work duration exceeds the estimated time due to vehicle condition or additional requests, additional charges of $60 per hour may apply at the technician’s discretion. The client will be informed before any additional billing. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.

SERVICE QUALITY

We strive to achieve the best possible results; however, no service guarantees that your vehicle will be restored to a “new” condition. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. SansStress is not responsible for issues reported beyond this period or if the final inspection was not completed.

ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS & DAMAGE

SansStress and its employees cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or unforeseen issues arising during the service. If an incident occurs, we will notify the client promptly. By using our services, you acknowledge that certain risks are inherent to automotive detailing, ceramic coating, PPF installation, window tint application, and paint correction.

FEEDBACK & PHOTOS

We encourage our clients to share their feedback via [email protected]. SansStress reserves the right to use vehicle photos taken before, during, and after service for documentation and marketing purposes on its website and social media, excluding personal identifying information.

SERVICE TERMINATION

SansStress may cancel a service if a client attempts to bypass the company to work directly with our employees, exhibits rude, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior, or if working conditions are deemed unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

SANSTRESS MODIFICATIONS

SansStress reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be updated in this section and published on our website.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using our services, you agree that:

• SansStress does not guarantee specific cosmetic results for its services.

• Payments cover professional labor and service time, not a guaranteed outcome.

• Liability is limited to the total cost of the service performed.

• Additional charges apply if work exceeds the estimated time.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.

• Cancellations and no-shows are subject to applicable fees.
