Service Agreement

By booking or using SansStress services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Operating & Moving Your Vehicle

You authorize SansStress to handle and move your vehicle as necessary to perform the service. Please ensure vehicle keys are available to our technicians.

Services & Liability

SansStress offers premium automotive services including interior/exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and paint correction. PPF is a transparent film designed to protect your vehicle from scratches, chips, and environmental damage. Although professionally applied, PPF acts as a sacrificial layer and may show wear over time. PPF and ceramic coating products may carry separate manufacturer warranties – ask your technician for details.

For all services, liability is limited to the total amount charged. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, surface deterioration, or unintended effects. Results depend on vehicle condition; no service guarantees restoration to “new” condition. Paint correction results vary based on paint condition, and some defects may not be fully removable.

Mobile Service Conditions

For mobile services, the customer must provide adequate space and, when required, access to a power outlet and/or water source. SansStress reserves the right to reschedule at no charge if weather or site conditions prevent safe and quality work.

Service Quality & Claims

If you are unsatisfied with a detailing service, contact us within 24 hours. SansStress is not responsible for issues reported beyond this period or if the final inspection was not completed. PPF and ceramic coating concerns are handled under their respective manufacturer warranty terms and are not subject to the 24-hour claim window.

Post-Service Care

Ceramic coating and PPF require specific care after application. You will receive care instructions from your technician. SansStress is not liable for coating or film failure caused by not following the provided care instructions.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Fees

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: cancel or reschedule free of charge.

  • Less than 48 hours (including no-show): a fixed $100 cancellation fee applies.

  • Client absent or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: fee equal to 100% of service amount, up to $250.

  • The $100 fee may be waived if the client reschedules within 7 days.

Fees, Payment & Additional Charges

The service fee is the agreed “Total Cost” on the final quote. If work exceeds estimated time, additional charges of $60/hour may apply. You will be contacted and must approve before any additional billing. Deposits, when collected, are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Window Tinting

Quebec law restricts tint levels on certain windows. The customer is solely responsible for selecting a tint shade that complies with applicable regulations. SansStress applies the shade requested by the customer and assumes no liability for non-compliance.

Photos & Feedback

By using our services, you consent to SansStress photographing your vehicle during service for use on our website and social media. No personal information will be shared. Feedback: [email protected]

Service Termination

SansStress may cancel a service if a client attempts to bypass the company to work directly with employees, or exhibits inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Accidents & Pre-Existing Conditions

SansStress is not responsible for damage occurring during service. If an incident occurs, we will notify you. By using our services, you acknowledge SansStress is not responsible for unforeseen damages.

Personal Belongings

SansStress is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.

Aftermarket Modifications

SansStress is not liable for damage to aftermarket modifications including but not limited to existing wraps, tint, custom paint, or non-factory accessories. Please inform your technician of any modifications before service begins.


By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms above. You understand that: payments cover service time, not guaranteed results; liability is limited to the total service cost; deposits are non-refundable; all sales are final; and cancellations/no-shows are subject to fees.

SansStress reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
