SERVICE AGREEMENT (THE ADDRESS GROUP INC.)
This service agreement defines the obligations of SansStress (The Address Group Inc.), a company registered in Quebec, Canada, under enterprise number Quebec 1176882828 (“SansStress,” “we,” “our” or “us”) and the client (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) concerning the purchased services. By booking or using SansStress’s services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement without modification.
OPERATING & MOVING YOUR VEHICLE
You authorize SansStress to handle and move your vehicle if necessary to perform the detailing service. Please ensure that the vehicle keys are available to our technicians.
SANSTRESS SERVICES & LIABILITY
SansStress offers premium automotive detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, and paint protection film (PPF) application. PPF is a transparent film designed to protect the vehicle’s exterior from scratches, stone chips, and environmental damage. Although we ensure professional application, PPF is not entirely immune to scratches and chips. It acts as a sacrificial layer, absorbing impacts to protect the original paint, but it may still show visible damage over time. SansStress is not responsible for pre-existing damage, film lifting, peeling, or defects resulting from poor maintenance or external factors beyond our control. Clients must follow the maintenance instructions to ensure optimal performance.
For all services, SansStress’s liability is limited to the total amount of the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, surface deterioration, or unintended effects from detailing, ceramic coating, or PPF.
CANCELLATION DEADLINES & FEES
- More than 48 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 48 hours before the appointment, including in case of a no-show: A fixed $100 cancellation fee applies.
- Client absent or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $250, applies.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
- More than 48 hours before the appointment: Rescheduling is free of charge.
- Less than 48 hours before the appointment: The $100 cancellation fee may be waived if the client commits to rescheduling within the next 7 days.
FEES, SERVICE TERMS & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The service fee corresponds to the agreed amount and is indicated as “Total Cost” on the final quote. Service time is allocated for detailing, with no guarantee of a specific outcome. If the work duration exceeds the estimated time, additional charges of $60 per hour may apply at the technician’s discretion. The client will be informed before any additional billing.
SERVICE QUALITY
We strive to achieve the best results, but no service guarantees that your vehicle will be restored to a “new” condition. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for any claim. SansStress is not responsible for issues reported beyond this period or if the final inspection was not completed.
ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS & DAMAGE
SansStress and its employees cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during the service. If an incident occurs, we will notify the client. By using our services, you acknowledge that SansStress is not responsible for unforeseen damages resulting from detailing, ceramic coating, or PPF application.
FEEDBACK & PHOTOS
We encourage our clients to share their feedback via support@sansstress.ca. SansStress reserves the right to use vehicle photos for marketing campaigns on its website and social media, excluding personal information.
SERVICE TERMINATION
SansStress may cancel a service if a client attempts to bypass the company to work directly with our employees, exhibits rude or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
SANSTRESS MODIFICATIONS
SansStress reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be updated in this section.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using our services, you agree that:
• SansStress does not guarantee specific results for its services.
• Payments cover service time, not a guaranteed result.
• Liability is limited to the total cost of the service.
• Additional charges apply if work exceeds the estimated time.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
• Cancellations and no-shows are subject to applicable fees.
